FAILURE TO YIELD – RECOVERING FOR YOUR INJURIES WHEN ANOTHER DRIVER FAILED TO YIELD THE RIGHT OF WAY

FAILURE TO YIELD THE RIGHT OF WAY CAUSES AUTO ACCIDENTS, INJURIES AND DAMAGES

If a driver fails to yield the right of way, and pulls straight out into the oncoming traffic, the consequences can be serious, or even deadly. For that reason, under Georgia law, every driver has a duty to yield the right of way when they are pulling into a major roadway. If you have been injured in an accident caused when a driver failed to yield the right of way to the car you were driving or in which you were riding, contact us today to speak to a failure to yield accident attorney today to find out what your legal rights are.
